AFFI 2014 at IAE Aix-en-Porvence

William Sharpe honored us by delivering a keynote session at AFFI 2014, which I organized in May 2014 at IAE Aix-en-Provence.

Reflecting his ongoing commitment to the well-being of his fellow citizens, his presentation focused on improving pension fund management
to help individuals better share social risks according to their preferences and pool other risks.

Beyond William's scientific excellence, what left the greatest impression on those who met him during those few days was his kindness, availability, and humility.

Another great economist, yet still a gentleman: John Geanakoplos, the second keynote speaker.

And let's not forget the invaluable help provided by the Master of Finance students and Jeanette Theokritoff, in charge of Events and Institutional Relations at IAE.

First AFFI Sustainable Finance Forum Paris 2022

Jean François Boulier and I have organised the first Sustainable Finance Forum (Entretiens de la Finance Durable) in Paris in 2022.

Jacques Attali did us the honour of introducing this new AFFI conference.

Serge Kebabthchiev, CEO of ESKA Editions, represented the journal Bankers, Markets & Investors.
